Penny, Mervyn's, Sears, Gap, Old Navy, Limited, Express, Forever 21 nor most other retail chains already in San Luis Obispo County.  Exceptionally discounted prices are found throughout the store, and every month we mark down 60-day-old merchandise an additional 30%.
