Our mission is to create a place where you can work out without intimidation, attend classes you enjoy, and create a fitness lifestyle that is fun to maintain. We are a strictly group fitness based studio, with 80% of our classes formed on Dance based movements and choreography. This is not your childhood Dance Studio. Instead of learning the "art" of a specific dance, we use traditional dance moves from various popular dances to create and teach classes that will get your heart rate up, tone and stretch your muscles, while torching calories and making you sweat. We offer ZUMBA® over 5 times a week, along with Belly Dance for Fitness, Burlesque Body, Country Cardio, Hip Hop Fit, Island Fit, Pilates, Kickboxing & more.  We offer routines that are slow & sultry; along with high energy cardio classes that keep your body moving.
